Bianca Matthee

Bianca Matthee, PharmD, MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Utrecht University, brings over 17 years of expertise in Life Sciences. As the founder of BMPharm, she advises and fills interim management roles for Life Sciences firms. Former Chief Operational Officer of Hybridize Therapeutics, Bianca orchestrated a >$100 million deal with AiCuris GmbH for a novel antiviral treatment. She served as one of the pioneering employees at ProQR Therapeutics and held a Senior Leadership position for about seven years. Bianca played a vital role in rapidly establishing teams and infrastructure for clinical research across diverse diseases, contributing significantly to ProQR’s growth. Bianca’s impactful career also includes roles in R&D at CureVac (Frame), Johnson & Johnson (Crucell), and Merck, Sharp & Dome (Organon, Schering Plough).
